Custom products can be made, enquire on the form about sizing or put it on a note of the specific measurement and what the measure meant is for. These orders will take a little longer to send out so I hope you can bear with us as we get this done for you!

International Shipping varies on area.
International Shipping free on orders over £100 or orders over £75 for Europe
We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail to ship our items. If you are an international customer please bare in mind that the shipping can take longer due to COVID 19. We are sorry but this is something we cannot avoid once the products have been handed over to the delivery company. Despite this we try to have them delivered as quickly as possible which is why we have a Standard and Fastest Delivery available.
Our Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your product please let us know and we will help you. If you are unhappy with the item you can return and you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid if you return in the first 6 months of purchase due to manufacturing faults. If you are returning for not wanting the item anymore this must be done within 2 weeks of the delivery.
If there is an issue where the item has not arrived please let us know and we will put in a dispute with the shipper, this is why we use tracked shipping.
